At Osaka Asahi Metal, in addition to research and development of both JIS standard materials and our own original white metals, we manage internally from first step to last the entire process from purchasing the raw materials and the back metal for bearings, processing the lining that bonds white metal to the back metal bearings, to final machining. And not only have we established strict, multi-phased manufacturing and quality control systems for each step along the way, but wa continue to study for new ways to supply complete final products using our highly meticulous total system supported by our experience and skill, and the newest facilities and know-how.
