ホワイトメタル滑り軸受、半導体用高純度金属、低融点合金、各種銅母合金など、
弊社の製品は金属を合金化する技術、合金を正しくライニングする技術、
金属の純度を極限まで高める技術、さまざまな機械を使い最高の精度で加工する技術などによって支えられてきました。
企業はその大きな目的の一つとして利潤をあげる事がありますが、同時に社会に何らかの形で貢献する事も重要な役割であると考えています。
私達が追求するいろいろな技術が、広く世界の発電所で、海で、
また、さまざまな用途に用いられる半導体の原材料として活躍している事を思うと、

そして２００３年７月にはＩＳＯ９００１：２０００の認証取得を得るに至りました。

Osaka Asahi Metal has been in the field of in the span of a century, with its main business lines in white metal bearings, high purity metals for semiconductors, low-melting-point alloys, copper-based master alloys.
Our manufacture has its basis on technologies of metal alloying, of lining alloys correctly,of purifying metal up to the level of the very limit, of machining metals with the utmost precision.
One of the main purposes of the business entity is to make reasonable profit through day-to-day operation. At the same time, it is also indispensable for us to make proper contribution to the industry, and to the people in the environing society.
Considering the fact that the technology we pursue and employ has been playing a key role in power plants all over the world, in the sea-going vessels, and in semiconductors for many applications, I am committed to make best efforts to furthermore improve our level of manufacturing technology and quality control.
We have acquired certification of ISO 9002 during 2000 and ISO 9001 during 2003, which I believe would be of service to our customers now and those to come in the near future.
One of the key elements of our day-to day activities is for each member in our company to rightly understand and to actually put in place so that each individual efforts and their mutual cooperation is the basis of quality and safety.
We, all our members, would also make endeavours to create innovative products to serve customers through collaboration with R & D organizations including those in universities both at home and abroad.

弊社は主として舶用ディーゼルエンジン、タービン・発電機、その他一般産業用のホワイトメタル軸受を製造、業界第一流の地位を占め、永年培われた高度の技術は高く評価されています。 又、合金部門は高周波溶解炉により、各種母合金を製造、主として銅合金の添加物として広く販売。 今後の成長商品として、Ｕ－アロイ(低融点合金)・高純度金属は技術革新時代の新素材として発展が期待されます。 1) Our company’s one of main products is White Metal Bearings for marine diesel engines, and for turbines and generators of thermal and nuclear power plants, etc. Our advanced and accumulated technology has long been highly reputed in the industry. 2) Copper-based Mother Alloys of many kinds are manufactured by utilizing frequency dissolution furnace. These alloys are key additive elements for the manufacture of many kinds of alloys. 3) High Purity Metals(6N to 7N level) and U-Alloys(low-melting point alloys) have been more and more in demand through the innovation of technology in electronics, such as compound semiconductor. |
